Evolve Yoga is coming to Above Par! Your ticket includes an hour and a half at our facility. During this time, each person will benefit from a 45-minute Athletic Mobility class and 45 minutes of free play on the virtual simulators!

About the Event
Included in your Ticket
When you arrive, come loosen up by taking a few swings in our virtual simulators. At 6:15 pm head to your yoga mat for the Athletic Mobility Class. After, come back to the simulators for 30 more minutes of free play.
Evolve’s Athletic Mobility Class:
This 45-minute session is a combination of multiple methods of stretching and movement quality improvement, designed to increase range of motion, core strength and stability. This class will help optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
